CID Instant Remote Support Connection Instructions

1. If you were not already instructed by a CID Tech to start this session call 512-458-3282 (Austin) or 830-997-0046 (Fredericksburg)

2. Click on the "Start Instant Remote Support" link at http://www.cid-net.com/remote

3. When prompted click Run to confirm downloading the program

4. When prompted click Run again to confirm launching the program

5. As directed double click on the connection that applies to you

6. An icon will appear in the system tray notifying your desktop is remote visible

7. Either you or the Tech can sever the connection by right clicking on the icon in the system tray and clicking close
